The sessions include seated movement and breathing exercises to promote relaxation followed by a guided meditation. Participants may be seated on chairs or the floor, so suitable for all levels of fitness.

You may bring an exercise/yoga mat, blanket and cushion if you wish, for your comfort during the session.

No previous experience in meditation required.

The meditation sessions are led by Linda and Dora who have a background of teaching mindfulness, chair based exercises, yoga and meditation between us.

The sessions commence at 2:30pm until 3:30pm on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month, at the George Ward Centre in Barwell.
