We practise “Qi Gong Exercises” as a warm up for the Tai Chi……which is the 24 Yang Style Form… it is the Form that is most practised in China and around the world.

Everyone is welcome… there is no age limit….it is safe gentle exercise..

This class is made for everyone whether you are a beginner or have been practising for years.

It is a fun way to keep fit…
